TERMS OF SERVICE & FAQs

ABOUT US

We are a B2B wholesaler operating under the B2B regulations. Our terms are outlined in the FAQs below. 
We reserve the right to change these terms of service without prior notification. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/purchasers to familairise themselves with our terms when visiting our website and prior to ordering. 

You must be a UK business to purchase from us. If you do not include your business name on your order, it will get cancelled.

All customer/order enquiries must be sent to the following email:

We aim to respond to any enquiries with 72 working hours. Our working hours are 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During busy periods it may take longer to receive a response. Please do not send multiple emails with the same enquiry as this could result in yours or others' enquiries getting missed. We work through enquiries in date order, oldest first.

Messages to facebook or replies to dispatch notes are not monitored and will not be responded to.

The above email will be used by us to contact you if there are any issues/updates on your order/preorder. Please add it to your contacts list so our messages do not get missed.

Preorders
Stock arrival updates will be sent from the above email to your email (the one you input on your order). Please add it to your contacts list so our messages do not get missed.
Updates will also be posted in our Facebook group.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Preorders
When you preorder items you have until the initial preorder window closes to change your mind and cancel your order for a full refund. Preorder window closing dates are always shared on the facebook in the group and on the listings. Once the initial preorder window has closed, cancellations and refunds will no longer be accepted. If there is no closing window on the listing, these items will already be in transit from the manufacturer and will not be eligible for cancellation. Preorder arrival dates are estimated and are not a guarantee. Refunds will not be issued for delivery  delays but a credit note may be issued at our discretion. 

Returns will only be accepted if the items are faulty/damaged. Please see the terms below.

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or items are faulty, you must get in contact within 72 hours of receipt of goods to arrange a return for a refund or replacement items. Where possible, replacement goods will be offered in the first instance. Once you have reported the issue, you then have 14 days to return the goods. Once the items have been returned and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund/replacement has been arranged. 

If you return items without prior agreement with us and they are not faulty, your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and a refund in the form of store credit may be issued at our discretion. You can avoid the 15% restocking fee by paying the shipping fee for the items to be sent back to you. 


 

DELIVERY

In stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Pre-order items will be dispatched within 7 working days of stock arriving to me.
These dispatch timescales may be longer during busy periods.

Delivery rates (UK excl NI):
Order value up to £14.99: £4.50 (Hermes)
Order value £15- £99.99: £6.50 (Parcelforce 24)
Order value £100+: FREE (Parcelforce 24)

ITEMS ON PREORDER

If you place an order that includes both ready to sell and preorder items, your order will be dispatched all together once the preorder items are in stock. If you need the ready to sell items sooner; the orders need to placed separately. Thank you.
